Installing the packageFor installation instructions under windows 7 (64-bit), please refer to fprx64_593_6264ww.exeLimitations and considerationsStandby problem:The computer can be awakened from standby using the fingerprint reader even if Allow this Device to bring PC out of standby is unchecked. The Driver is not able to turn off remote wakeup when remote wakeup is disabled and selective suspend is enabled in the Device manager. Both check boxes must be unchecked for the correct behavior.Application upgrade: This build can upgrade Fingerprint Software 5.6.2, 5.8.2, 5.8.4, 5.8.5, and 5.9.3. If fingerprint logon has been enabled before upgrading, 5.9.3 may Display message Cannot find sensor or Please logon to enroll your fingerprints at fingerprint logon GUI after upgrading to 5.9.3. Please swipe a finger at least once when these messages appears to enable fingerprint logon again. After that, users can logon with their enrolled fingerprint. An error message will show up when upgrading the application from 5.5. Users need to uninstall the 5.5 build, and then install 5.9.3.
